These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Green Hut RMS (the "Service"), operated by Wakali Labs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Green Hut RMS is a rental management platform that helps landlords and property managers manage properties, tenants, rent collection, and related financial records. Features and pricing plans may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle presented at signup or in your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension of access to the Service until the account is settled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit data you do not have the right to use (e.g. tenant data you're not authorized to process).

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the property, tenant, and financial data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have significantly overdue payments, after reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakali Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
